Lena Trotsko is a fashion brand on a mission to celebrate and enhance beauty of women. Originally established in Moscow, where Lena Trotsko evening gowns were favored by Russian top celebrities. Now San Diego based, Lena Trotsko designs are beloved by California community.

Our seasonal collections has been showcased at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Moscow since 2011 and Sacramento, San Francisco, Los Angeles Fashion weeks since 2014, also our couture collection 2016 was featured in Singapore.

Lena has been in fashion industry for 25 years now, has Master degree, business owner for 15 years, including a retail store for 3 years. Lena is honored judge of Miss Russian California and Miss Russian Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego beauty pageants.

Lena Trotsko’s creative accomplishments and altruistic efforts are distinguished by Southern California community representatives and in 2018, Lena Trotsko was granted with Cultural Ambassador award in recognition of exceptional originality and talent in visual arts by Senator Jim Nielsen.

In 2023, Lena Trotsko became a member of Patrons of the Prado which is committed to raising funds to benefit nine arts, science and cultural centers on the Prado and for programs that provide educational access for San Diego schoolchildren to the world-class treasures of Balboa Park, inspiring cultural fluency for future generations. Lena immediately joined the Bucks4Buses Committee, creating the inaugural Fashions4Futures (F4F) Fashion Show at the San Diego History Center in November 2024. The 100% underwritten event featured Lena’s gorgeous gowns. More than $8000 was raised at the F4F fashion show , supporting hands-on science, art, history and theatre field trips for 3,150 San Diego schoolchildren to experience life-changing opportunities to transform tomorrow.

In 2025, Lena served as Co-Chair POP Masterpiece: Elegance of the Elements at the San Diego Natural History Museum. Her exceptional decor work, presence, support, and generosity make the evening a truly unforgettable celebration of elegance and philanthropy!
